Originally from Ohio by way of Kentucky, Daniel has lived in the St. Augustine/Palm Coast area since relocating here as a child. He and his wife, April, had an incredible experience buying their first home – a true testament to the experience a quality Realtor ® can provide and a sharp contrast to the experience his colleagues had.  Because of this, Daniel became intrigued with the idea of becoming a Realtor ®, ultimately earning his real estate license in 2001 so that he could be able to help others experience the same level of service he did when buying his first home. He began working in the property management sector, managing several long and short-term rentals along with an oceanfront condominium complex, then took the opportunity to sell new construction homes as an “on-site” agent in a subdivision which proved to be highly successful.  Transiting to working with residential sales and increasing his success year over year while earning numerous awards and working his way towards a sales management position have given him ample experience and insight.  Daniel truly enjoys working with other people and receives just as much joy seeing them realize the dream of homeownership.
